Wesley is currently a freelance editor and writer based in the Hudson Valley, New York.

Previously, she was the assistant editor for Marriott Bonvoy Traveler.

Wesley has extensive experience in commerce editing, with roles at Bustle Digital Group lifestyle websites and Dotdash Meredith’s The Spruce.

On the kids’ content side, Wesley joyfully served as a writer for Bravery Magazine, and she helmed Brightly, a website centered on encouraging a love of reading in young people. Wesley began her career working in marketing and publicity for adult fiction and nonfiction books at a major publisher. She also served as an editor of Bushwick Daily, a Brooklyn-based news site.

Past freelance projects have included: developing content strategy for the Alzheimer’s Research & Resource Foundation, and developmental editing for individual authors and a major publisher.

She particularly enjoys writing and editing travel, broader lifestyle, and children’s content.
